Adrenoleukodystrophy is an inborn error of metabolism characterized by adrenal insufficiency and progressive demyelination of brain white matter and peripheral nerve. Authors experiensed a case of adrenoleukodystrophy in a 10-year-old boy, who
had
seizure, headache, progressive auditory impariment, white matter lesion in brain MRI, and increased saturated very long chain fatty acid in plasma.
